Green and White Christmas Tree

This is a simple design that is good for batch making.  The base card is plain white, the background panel is plain green paper.  The focal panel is white card that has been embossed with a large ornamental Christmas tree in a machine.  Using a glue pen, or a fine nozzle on clear drying glue, dots are added around the edge of the embossed tree starting at the top, and doing it in stages.  Green glitter is added then move onto another area until all the edges of the tree are glittered.  Next some of the patterns within the tree are glittered in the same way.  It is best not to be tempted to glitter all the patterns as it will look too busy.  When dry a greeting is stamped and the edges of the panel are tinted with green ink, and then a very thin line of glitter is added.  A slim green ribbon that compliments the shades of the background and glitter is added to the bottom of the panel.  The panels are matted and layered on to the base card, and dots of glitter are added down the sides of the card.
