Summer Wild Flowers

This card includes several different techniques; watermark stamping, silhouette stamping, generation ink stamping, alchohol inks, and embossing with a folder.  The base card is a coloured card on to which a wild flower image is stamped in clear Versamark ink, giving a watermark effect.  The background panel is gold mirror card that has been embossed in a folder through a machine.  Alchohol inks (3 colours) are blended on to an old CD, then a meadow flowers image is stamped on top of the inks using Archival ink.  This ink reacts with the alchohol inks and removes them from the CD in the shape of the stamp, leaving a negative image effect.  A tag is cut out of cream card, then stamped with a sepia ink using the floral images in first and second generation ink.  A little glitter is added to one of the flowers as a highlight.  The gold panel is mounted on to the base card, then the CD is attached.  The tag is threaded with ribbon, a bow tied, then it is attached using dimentional glue.  A greeting completes the card.
